The Inception of C4SS
The initial idea of opening the business came from Pankaj.
2007
C4SS was Founded
C4SS started out as a team of two with a single vision: to offer meaningful employment to low-skilled workers in various industries.
We opened our first office at Capital Place on Bath Road in 2007 and started supplying staff to Heathrow straight away, firmly embedding ourselves as a mainstay at the airport. This initially only included terminal 2.
2008
First Major Client
We signed our first major client, Secure ISS, in 2008.
100+ Successful Placements
At this time, we placed 100 candidates into roles successfully.
2010
More Office Staff
By 2010, C4SS had grown to a team of 5. This was also the year in which we started supplying staff to offices.
2012
Expansion into Stansted
We started supplying staff to Stansted Airport. This was when we moved office to Vista Centre.
2013
Additional Heathrow Terminals
In 2013, we expanded our services to include terminals 3 and 4 in Heathrow.
2014
Heathrow Staffing Milestone
In 2014, we hit 100 contract staff working at Heathrow. This was when we expanded our services to also include terminal 5.
2016
Baggage Handlers
This was the year we started supplying baggage handlers to Heathrow.
2018
Initiated Mitie Contract
They took over the Secure ISS Contract at LHR in 2014.
2021
Accreditations
This was the year we became an MSDUK Ethically Diverse Supplier and Crown Commercial Supplier. We also became Cyber Essentials certified and a member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).
Hospitality Sector
We started supplying staff to hotels in 2021.
2022
Team of 10
Our vision helped us grow into a team of 10. From this point, we started supplying staff to hotels and covered the entirety of Heathrow terminals, including cleaners and baggage handlers.
Healthcare Sector
We joined Crown Commercial, allowing us to supply non-clinical staffing to the public sector, including the NHS. This secured our 5th industry accreditation: The NHS Workforce Alliance – Clinical and Healthcare Staffing Approved Supplier.
2023
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Programme
Our Director, Anuj, graduated from Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Business Programme at Saïd Business School.
2025
MatchMaker Recruitment Software
We joined MatchMaker Software to provide a seamless process for both clients and employees.
